I have been monitoring this site on/off for the past couple of months. I have to say I am grateful for the hard work you guys have done here. I grown attached to FSN after watching the anime and I have been holding off on playing the game knowing an english patch will be released. I spent a day or so on the game so far by reading every line of text. I am near the final stage of the fate route, I just felt I had to login and give my regards.

Yeah, I havn't stoped playing...I'm going mad. I love this, so much, and it's only one route...I loved Tsukihime, and this is even longer...my friend's would laugh at me for loving books like this, but eh.

Aslo, I'm on about day 9, pretty far in, and no hentai scenes yet? I thought it had some...not that I'm complaining, but I wonder if I installed some kinda "anti hentai" scene patch when I installed it, or maybe you don't see them till like end-game, like some do. Thanks.

Ok, she disappears at the end, but I assume this is like Tsukihime, where the TRUE ending is sad, but the GOOD ending is better? It says it only has the FATE route translated, as this is all the patch does - Ok. but does that mean the GOOD ending was translated too? The FAQ only guides the Saber True end, and is the Saber True end, the TRUE TRUE ending to the game? Like the offical one, ya know'? and if so, how do I guide to a good one, or one with Tohksasha or whatever, or are those not fully translated with this? Thanks. I'd post on the forums ~ But I can't seem to register, so yeah.

Also? it shows 2 more ending things on mine, are those the untranslated ones? I assume? If so, awsome, I played 22 hours straight just to finish ONE, so yes!

This is so a great game it was hard to stop playing. The translation was a success and nothing come to my mind to improve your work. For me, your work is the same that pro.

But i don't understand one thing: sometimes the game say "status screen updates" but there was nothing updating. It is not very important, but it's very frustrating ^^ (because i was so impatient to know more about archer (rin's servant)).

Will there be a non-ero version for Fate Stay Night, at least for the current Fate route?

My students loved the Fate Stay Night anime, and when I told them about the visual novel, they were all ready to play it.

However, I'd like to install the non-ero patch like the one in Tsukihime for them so they can play it without being distracted by the ero scenes.

I myself dislike it (I agree with Ryuusoul and Message in Tsukihime...Nasu's ero-scenes are just >.<) and probably will stop playing at the 11th day (where the ero-scene is), which is unfortunate, because that's before the R.A vs B fight.

I *could* just skip it, but there might be important scenes I might skip accidentally because of that.

Erm, I know it's pretty insulting to ask about what's my problem because I just downloaded the game as well as the patch but it doesnt work.

It's not that I am some kinda of cheap down folded munk. But it's because in Singapore, I really cant buy it at all. I went to many pc shops, and they say they only have the ps2 version and stuff like that. It's pretty disappointing for me, because I am a super huge fan and I just love them so much ever since I watched the anime.

I have actually installed the game, but a blue screen came up. And there's a little box with nothing inside except the top part writes Translated by Mirror Moon, or something close to this. And in the blue screen, it's all japanese words and some english words. So i'm pretty stuck here. That's why i have no choice but to ask for help.

Tho I have not seen the patch myself, but by looking everyone's fantastic comments, I bet it's good. Besides, I seen so many website and none of them have the translation or it's like half way down cut kinda of stuff. Do reply me soon, great pleasure knowing so many enthusiatic people about fate stay night.

hi, i'm new here. can anyone help a completely computer illiterate person? i loved fate/stay night anime and i'm dying to read the visual novel. but after i downloaded it and installed it, i looked in the file and have no idea of how to apply patches =(. help? please? don't hate me!

Can I ask what exactly was the problem? I played throughout the whole Fate route with the original patch, and I didn't find anything odd. Perhaps it is because I was already spoiled about Saber's identity, but when did the patch spoiled it?

I download it and installed it, but there is a square thing with red x on it and doesn't work. The square thing has nothing written on it so I don't know what to do.

First off you shouldn't be dl the game using the torrent patch. Not considered Legal, Tho i was hoping that some one could put the link back up because now that i have a new computer and reinstalled the game i would like to be able to play it in english again.

PS. Patch went down with other comp was hoping to re down load it from the site again.

For everyone seeing that the patch doesn't seem to be working on this page, this was discussed eons ago. The site it's hosting on could not pay the server costs and have ceased operating until it can be solved. If you check the homepage there is an alternate link with all the other temp locations for FSN, and I believe it is stll up and running (I checked). So please check the home page before freaking,.,

Also for those who want to know, in response the torrent comment...it is perfectly legal to distribute files through torrents, but it is illegal to distribute copyrighted files. Since Mirror Moon's patch is of there own design, and simply acts off the work of someone else it can almost be considered like fanfiction...no one really knows how legal it is, but no one complains about. It's not like they make any sort of money on this, it's their own time and dedication. Sure some people may torrent the actual game...but a lot more of us have put our money in to their efforts to show our support by buying it. I don't see TYPE-Moon complaining about increased sales in a market they never planned to enter (to my knowledge).

i think Japanese wasn't installed in my unicode so i haven't played the game yet.Here is my question :when i insert Window disk to install Jap,do i need to install Window all over again or just Jap language.

Just saw the video for the Last Episode in F/SN Realta Nua. I got quivers for F/SN all over again and it was hard enough to ease myself out of F/SN in the first place. So now, I am waiting patiently for the UBW patch which I'm overjoyed to see is almost done. F/SN = Epic.

I ask myself everyday why on god's good earth does F/SN end?

Just be happy F/SN isn't strapped down, locked up tight, and milked out til' the last drop of it's potential (which has really watered down along the line) like some other IP's. XD
